14th. Annual
Higley 100 Bike Tour

On Saturday Sept. 8, 2018,  the 14th. annual 100km and 50km (62 and 31 miles) bike rides were held at Higley Flow State Park. 

We had 59 sign up for the rides and raised over $2,000 for the Friends projects for Park improvements!

The courses were loops, the shorter one going from the Park over to Selleck Rd., Plains Rd., Cty Rte to Pierrepont then back by way of the Irish Settlement Rd. to Colton, then Wildwood, French Hill, Windmill and Cold Brook back to the Park.

The long one extended it by crossing from Plains over to Farnsworth, down NYS 68 over to back roads to Norwood then back roads to Parishville, up Cty. 58 to Riehl then the same as short ride back to Park.

At the end, all participants joined in a barbecue at the Trails Lodge.
