Lodge Open Daily
8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Park Open from 8:00 - Sundown

Porta San will only be available when Lodge is closed.

Snacks and Beverages: We will be stocking the refrigerator and snacks. It will be slightly different to make it safe for everyone. We will let you know the specifics when we get it done in the next few days.

Please Keep Dogs on Leash

Unleashed dogs are against both Park and Town regulations and laws. You can be ticketed.

This is a touchy subject because we all love our pets and think that they are exceptional members of our families deserving special privileges but an issue has come up multiple times to the point that it needs to be addressed.

Leashed dogs are welcome at the Park and owners are to be commended for keeping the trails poop free.

There is something joyous about seeing a dog run free and happy, but the Park is not the place for that. Skiers have expressed issues with unleashed dogs.

Additionally, unleashed pets may stray and pick up a deer scent, follow, and become a missing pet. Animals can be oblivious to skiers and may cause injury by hitting people or appearing in the middle of a track on a downhill, causing falls.

We have a lot of little children at the Park now. An exuberant unleashed dog running around the lodge area can frighten and knock down little ones.

Danielle Jerry and Bob Platte did a presentation at Winterfest on ski-joring — a way to enjoy the trails with your pet and ski hands free of a leash.

Let's all follow the rules and make sure that dogs continue to be welcome.

No Overnight Parking

Please do not leave your car unattended in the Higley Lodge Parking Lot Overnight.

If you experience a breakdown, please notifiy the Park Administration at 315-262-2880, leave a note on your car or leave the hood up.

A car in the parking lot afterhours could be interpreted to mean that someone needs emergency assistance which could result in the activation of emergency services and search teams.

The Friends of Higley Flow State Park, Inc., is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. As such, contributions are deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
